Now that the LEGO The Simpsons Series 2 Minifigures (71009) have been officially revealed, it’s time to do our best to help you guys figure out which minifigures are in each packet with this handy feel guide. Although this wave of LEGO The Simpsons Minifigures has lots of new characters for you to find, they seem to be a little harder to feel than the first series given the assortment of parts that are available with the characters.
The LEGO The Simpsons Series 2 Minifigures (71009) will be available on May 1st but as usual, some retailers like Toys R Us, Walgreens, Walmart, and Target will probably be selling them mid-to-late April.
1. Homer
You would think that the 2×2 tile would be an easy giveaway to finding Homer but think again since there are five other characters that have a similar part. His round head is the thing you should be feeling for while confirming with the tile piece.
2. Marge
Marge should be fairly easy to find with her long, distinct head/hair piece.
3. Lisa
Lisa’s cat, Snowball II, would be the easiest thing to feel for since her head piece is really similar to Maggie’s.
4. Maggie
Maggie’s head is almost identical to Lisa’s so you should be feeling for Santa’s Little Helper. Her body is also a good indicator because it is just one piece that is uniquely shaped.
5. Bartman
Bartman is really easy to find with his spiky head piece. The slingshot is also helpful.
6. Fallout Boy
Fallout Boy could be easy to find with his big nose. The Buzz Cola cylinder can piece is also a very good piece to feel for if you’re looking for hiim.
7. Comic Book Guy
Comic Book Guy is another character that has the 2×2 tile piece. The Squishee cup piece is the main thing you should look for.
8. Martin Prince
The easiest thing to feel for when you’re looking for Martin is the book.
9. Professor Frink
Professor Frink is fairly easy to find with his elongated head piece and the science beaker.
10. Hans Moleman
When looking for Hans, feel for the 1×2 license tile but make sure that you don’t feel Marge’s hair/head piece because she also has the tile too. Combine that with this walnut-shaped head, and you got yourself a Hans.
11. Selma
Selma can be slightly hard to find with her head/hair piece that’s similar to her twin sister Patty. It’s a little different that Patty’s but you can confirm her with the 2×2 eye vision chart tile that she has.
12. Patty
Like with Selma, Patty has a distinct bumpy head/hair piece. To distinguish her from her sister, try feeling for the purse piece.
13. Groundskeeper Willie
To find Willie, just search for the plunger and you’re good to go.
14. Edna Krabappel
Edna is another character with the 2×2 tile piece but search for the mug piece to confirm that you’ve found her.
15. Waylon Smithers
To find Smithers, just feel for the 2×2 plate piece since he’s the only character in Series 2 to have that part.
16. Dr. Hibbert
Dr. Hibbert is the last minifigure in this wave to have the 2×2 tile piece. I would suggest feeling for the head piece. It’s similar to Homer’s in terms of shape but he does have some little bumps for his hair to make him stand out.
