As for the black VIP card itself, you can only get it you were able to purchase the UCS Millennium Falcon (75192) in-store or online by the end of 2017. Since stock on the Falcon has been pretty low to non-existent, especially on Shop@Home, there’s a high chance that you probably won’t be able to get your hands on one.
