You can get it for free with purchases of $75 or more from October 15-31, while supplies last. This is the not the first minifigure frame because we’ve already gotten one for Marvel Super Heroes (853611) and The LEGO Batman Movie (853638) but this free promo version is an unbranded one.
The Minifigure Collector Frame has a printed 2×2 LEGO tile but it also includes a minifigure with a white tanktop with a stud muffin and an inflatable duck float which is the same as the one for Vacation Batman. Like with all minifigure frames, it fits 16 minifigures.
