LEGO August 2022 Sets Now Available on LEGO Shop

It’s August on the east coast and that means there are now over 90 new LEGO sets that are available for purchase on the LEGO Shop. There’s literally something for everyone as there are over 90 new LEGO sets across a number of themes.

As for the promotions, the LEGO Forest Hideout (40567) is available again from now until August 8 with purchases of $150 or more.

August is just around the corner and it is usually one of the biggest months for new LEGO sets, at least in North America. Reported LEGO Price Increase Set List via Barnes & Noble

Last month, LEGO announced an upcoming price increase on sets that are coming as soon as August and now Barnes & Noble has given us a look at what we can expect to see for the new prices at retailers soon. Yesterday, the big news came out on B&N as they updated their site of over 60+ sets that have already gotten the price bump and it doesn’t look good as some sets will be getting an increase of up to 25%.

Note that the official prices on the LEGO Shop are the final prices and prices listed at other retailers are their own prices. With that said now that we can see what we can expect from other retailers, I highly suggest you take advantage of the upcoming Double VIP Points event from July 12-13 and Amazon Prime Day to get the most out of your money as wallet will be hurting in August. This also doesn’t look like it’s the final list if we’re comparing it to the list that StoneWars put out a while back and there will be more sets that will get the price hike later on.

There are some new sets that have showed up in the LEGO Shop and one of them is the LEGO Disney Mini Disney The Haunted Mansion (40521). Releasing in August 1, it has 680 pieces and retails for $39.99. The set is a miniature version of the iconic haunted house from the Disneyland parks.

Fans of Disney’s The Haunted Mansion ride will love all the scary-good details in this miniature build-and-display model. Part of the interior is viewable from the back, including the dining room, a chandelier and a gallery. The set includes an exclusive Butler minifigure to add to the display.
