LEGO F1 Collectible Race Cars (71049) Closer Look

Dutch retailer MisterBricks has posted a product page for the upcoming LEGO F1 Collectible Race Cars (71049) and we have a better look at the lineup. Like with the Minifigure Series, there will be 12 cars to collect, each for each F1 team and a couple of generic ones. They will be available on May 1 for $3.99 each.

LEGO Formula 1 Sets Officially Announced

Ahead of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix 2024, LEGO has officially revealed the full lineup of the LEGO Formula 1 sets for various themes. Starting in 2025, you’ll be able to find Formula 1 sets in LEGO City, LEGO Collectibles, LEGO DUPLO, and LEGO Speed Champions. The City and DUPLO sets will be available starting January 1 while the Speed Champions sets will be available March 1, and the LEGO Collectibles available on May 1. You can also pre-order the Speed Champions sets starting today.

LEGO and Formula 1 Announce Multi-Year Partnership

The LEGO Group and Formula 1 have announced a brand new multi-year partnership launching in 2025 which will include a diverse product portfolio featuring all ten Formula 1 teams currently on the grid.

The partnership will bring fans closer to Formula 1 experiences while promoting innovation, technology, and engineering. This includes fan zone activations at various Grand Prix and engaging content across the LEGO Group’s digital platforms.

The LEGO Formula 1 products will include sets for LEGO DUPLO as well as sets for kids, teenagers, and adult builders. The ten teams currently on the grid include McLaren, Red Bull Racing, Ferrari, Mercedes, Aston Martin, RB, Haas, Williams, Alpine, and Kick Sauber so we should see a little something from every team.
