LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Cloak and Dagger

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released the new Cloak and Dagger Level and Character Pack for the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 video game. The DLC not only lets you play in a brand new level, there are also some new characters to add to the game’s roster including Cloak, Dagger, Mister Negative, Blackout, Shroud, Nightmare, and Silvermane. You can purchase it individually for $2.99 or if you have the Season Pass, you can download now it for free.

Set immediately after Cloak and Dagger gain their incredible powers, players must help the two escape their evil captor, his super powered henchman, and work together through a series of puzzles using their unique new abilities. Upon completing the level, new unlockable characters Cloak, Dagger, Mister Negative, Blackout, Shroud, Nightmare, and Silvermane add to the main game’s roster of over 200 Super Heroes and Super Villains.

The Cloak & Dagger Character and Level Pack can be purchased separately or as part of the Season Pass which includes six Level Packs and four Character Packs, including the previously released Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Black Panther content, and the Champions, Out of Time, and Agents of Atlas Character Packs. The Season Pass is available for $14.99 suggested retail price or as part of the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Deluxe Edition, which features the main game, access to the Classic Guardians of the Galaxy Character Pack, and an exclusive Giant-Man LEGO Minifigure (Minifigure only available in the physical version of the Deluxe Edition).

LEGO The Incredibles Video Game Confirmed for Later This Year

LEGO The Incredibles Video Game

The LEGO Juniors Incredibles 2 sets have started to show up early at Walmart and on the back of the instructions of the sets is a teaser for the LEGO The Incredibles Video Game. This confirms the rumor of the game coming out later this year. As you can see from the image, it will be available on PlayStation 4, PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One. The LEGO The Incredibles Video Game will mark the first time a Pixar property will become a LEGO game and will be developed by TT Games and distributed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. There’s no other details given but stay tuned for more details in the near future.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Black Panther DLC

Marvel’s Black Panther comes out this week and to celebrate, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced that the Black Panther Movie Character and Level Pack DLC is now available for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2. It takes place in Wakanda and you play through the events of the movie. Some of the new characters that you’ll be able to play as include Black Panther (Vibranium Suit), Okoye, Nakia, Erik Killmonger (Black Panther), Ulysses Klaue, and Everett K. Ross. The DLC is included with the Season Pass or you can purchase it separately for $2.99. If you have the Deluxe Edition of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2, it is already included and you can download it.

Download to get access to this level and character pack inspired by Marvel Studios’ Black Panther. Set within the Kingdom of Wakanda, players will take the legendary Wakandan Super Hero and his sister Shuri on a dangerous mission within the darkest depths of their homeland, battling mutated creatures and arch-nemesis Erik Killmonger’s vicious army.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is still going strong and the next DLC pack that will be coming out for it is Marvel’s Black Panther. This DLC will be a Character and Level Pack and you can play through the events of the movie. Some of the playable characters include Black Panther, Shuri, Okoye, and Erik Killmonger. The LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Black Panther DLC will presumably be available on Tuesday. For those who have the Deluxe Edition of the game, you will be able to download it when it goes live. Otherwise, you can pay $2.99 for the level pack.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Champions Character Pack

The new Champions Character Pack is now available to download today for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2. You can purchase the DLC by itself for $1.99 or if you have the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Deluxe Edition, you can download it right now. Some of the characters you can play as include:

This now brings the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 overall roster to over 200 playable characters and this isn’t the end of the DLCs as there are more planned for the future including Black Panther, Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and the Inhumans.

LEGO Incredibles 2 and DC Villains Video Game Rumored to be Coming Out

LEGO news has been fairly quiet the past few days but there’s some news on some rumored LEGO video games that is reported to be coming out. As we all know, LEGO Dimensions was officially cancelled late last year and this usually means that some of the employees move on to other new projects. According to ComicBook.com, there is more fuel to add to rumors of the LEGO Incredibles 2 Video Game as they state it is the next LEGO video game to be coming out. We already know that there are some LEGO Incredibles 2 sets that will be coming out later this year so a video game wouldn’t be a huge surprise but it’s nice to have another source report on it. The Incredibles 2 will be in theaters on June 15, 2018 so we can expect the game to release at the same time. This will also mark the first time a Pixar property will become a LEGO game.

Also in the same post, ComicBook.com has also reported that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is also working on a new LEGO game revolving around DC villains and are referring to the project as “LEGO DC Villains” or “LEGO DC Supervillains.” Unlike before when we’ve gotten LEGO video games based on Batman and the other super heroes being the main focus, this new DC game will feature more of the villains like the Joker, Harley Quinn, and Lex Luthor.
