LEGO Worlds Announcing New Space Content at E3 2017?

E3 2017 is only a few days away and LEGO Worlds has teased some new content being announced at the event. In the GIF, it shows an astronaut minifigure looking up in the sky with the caption “Where Are We Going Next?” It’s most likely that LEGO Worlds will be going up to space but we’ll have to wait and see what kind of gameplay it will be. I’m hoping it’ll be some classic Space themes like Blacktron, M-Tron, Space Police, or Ice Planet 2002. What do you want to be announced for LEGO Worlds at E3 2017?

If you didn’t see the Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment E3 press release, they will be livestreaming next week and the LEGO Worlds events will be on:

LEGO Worlds LEGO Nexo Knights Update

LEGO Worlds has released a new update today and with this content patch, you can experience the world of LEGO Nexo Knights. There are a variety of things to do in this world including building Knighton Keep as well as playing with the heroes and the vehicles. The legendary NEXO KNIGHTS™ have arrived in LEGO® Worlds alongside a suite of creatures, vehicles, props, items and of course the heroes themselves; Clay, Macy, Lance, Aaron and Axl. Not only that, but on the main menu (aka the Brick Build Showcase) you’ll be able to download the magnificent Knighton Keep, with the rest of the castle pieces to follow every day for the rest of this week. Be sure to take the especially epic vehicles for a spin and test out the NEXO KNIGHTS™ special powers!

Who better to test those special powers on than the enemy itself? That’s right, Ruina, Jestro and an assortment of gruesome goons are also available. That’s enough wordy waffle for now though, let’s see it all in action!

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Official Trailer

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2

The wait is finally over because the official trailer for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 has just been released. The trailer gives off a Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 feel and it shows Groot and Rocket Raccoon getting into some trouble, as they usually do. It also shows off some new characters including Ego in planet form, Spider-Man Noir, something that appears to be a Sentinel, and a somewhat better look at Kang the Conqueror.

There’s nothing of actual gameplay footage so we’ll have to wait until E3 and San Diego Comic Con for those. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 will be released on November 14 for the PlayStation 4, XBox One, and PC. The Nintendo Switch version will be coming this holiday season.

Update: WB has requested the videos be taken down at this time. I’ll put it back when they release it.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Rumored Pre-Order Minifigure

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 was just announced last week and the official trailer doesn’t drop for another two days. Fans are already speculating there will be a pre-order bonus to go with the game since almost every recent standalone LEGO game had one before. Easy guesses are Spider-Man 2099 and Spider-Gwen since they are in the center of the cover art. Even Cowboy Captain America is strange enough to be one as well.

From what I am hearing, it won’t be any of the characters listed above but someone very random called Goliath. If you’re a comic book fan, Goliath is actually Hank Pym who was the original Ant-Man. Goliath is created when he used his growing power after he retired Giant-Man.

Although Goliath is a random choice for a minifigure, he is exclusive since we never had one in minifigure form but fans who wanted other characters will have to wait a little longer. Keep in mind that LEGO does not have to include a pre-order minifigure so this is actually a bonus, plus you get another member of the Avengers. Do you think Goliath is a good choice for the exclusive pre-order minifigure for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2?
