LEGO Ideas Hello Kitty and Friends – 50 Years Achieves 10,000 Supporters

Hello Kitty and Friends – 50 Years by Bulldoozer is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. This year celebrates the 50th anniversary of Hello Kitty and the project is inspired by the Hello Kitty and Friends Supercute Adventures animated series.

The project joins Spirited Away, Appa the Sky Bison, from Avatar the Last Airbender, Venus Flytrap, Minerals Display, and Dreamworks’ Shrek’s Swamp 2 as the ones to reach the First 2024 Review Stage.

LEGO Ideas Red London Telephone Box (21347) Officially Announced

LEGO has officially revealed the next LEGO Ideas set with the Red London Telephone Box (21347). Releasing on February 1, the set has 1,460 pieces and will retail for $114.99. The set coincides with the 100th anniversary of the K2 Telephone box that features such as the opening door and a light brick on the roof.

LONDON IS CALLING WITH THE NEW LEGO IDEAS RED LONDON TELEPHONE BOX

Today the LEGO Group unveils the iconic LEGO Ideas Red London Telephone Box set,a classic British symbol, recognised worldwide. Released in the same year that the K2 Telephone Box celebrates its 100th anniversary, the new LEGO set is inspired by the iconic red and black structure that is a quintessential symbol of London.

The perfect set for display, features an opening door, a light brick in the roof to illuminate the K2 Telephone Box when pushing down the top and a lamp post with flowerpots and a cobbled street, invoking a sense of nostalgia and an enduring connection to a city that seamlessly blends history with modernity.

Designed by John Cramp, from Leicester, England, as part of the LEGO Ideas programme – whereby fans can submit a design that other fans can then vote to be made into a real LEGO set. In a lovely twist that brings the set right up to date, the design also allows includes a stand for your mobile phone.

LEGO Ideas Red London Telephone Box Teaser

LEGO has released a teaser on their social media for an upcoming LEGO Ideas set. The image features a suitcase filled with stickers filled with things related to the UK and some red bricks on the table with a small phone. The caption also reads “Unpacking soon. Any…Ideas.” My guess is that it will be the Red London Telephone Box which was one of the winners of the LEGO Ideas Second 2022 Review Stage. The official reveal of the set should be coming very soon.

LEGO Ideas Dreamworks’ Shrek’s Swamp 2 Achieves 10,000 Supporters

Dreamworks’ Shrek’s Swamp 2 by The Real Ashnflash is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 2,000 piece build features an updated project that also hit the 10k goal last year.

The project joins Spirited Away, Appa the Sky Bison, from Avatar the Last Airbender, Venus Flytrap, and Minerals Display as the ones to reach the First 2024 Review Stage.

LEGO Ideas Minerals Display Achieves 10,000 Supporters

Minerals Display by ddf72 is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build is a revamp of the minerals project that also reached the goal a few years ago but is now 100% buildable with parts that have been released since then. There is now also a case to hold all of the rocks.

The project joins Spirited Away, Appa the Sky Bison, from Avatar the Last Airbender, and Venus Flytrap as the ones to reach the First 2024 Review Stage.

Venus Flytrap by Bricky_Brick is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build features a potted Venus Flytrap that has the white flower along with about six of the jaw leaves.

Appa the Sky Bison, from Avatar the Last Airbender by Yarrostudios is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. Consisting of over 1,500 pieces, the build features the flying bison with moveable parts as well as its saddle. The project joins Spirited Away as the ones to reach the First 2024 Review Stage.
