More LEGO Summer 2016 Set Names (City, Creator, Disney, Friends, Nexo Knights, Ninjago)

Well it’s another busy day regarding information for the summer 2016 LEGO sets. There’s even more set names from various themes including City, Creator, Disney Princess, Friends, Nexo Knights, and Ninjago. These names come from Just2Good, Eurobricks, as well as NeoGAF. Some of the more interesting stuff include the volcano theme for the City line while Friends will focus an amusement park theme. LEGO Ninjago 2016 Official Images

The time is finally here for you LEGO Ninjago fans. The official images for the 2016 LEGO Ninjago sets are now available via Amazon France. As you can see the storyline continues on with the Sky Pirates theme which was revealed at San Diego Comic Con. The only set doesn’t have images is the Sky Shark (70601) probably because it is a store exclusive. I’ve also added the set descriptions which were found a few months ago.

Cole’s Dragon (70599)

Face-off against sky pirate Bucko with Ninja warrior Cole’s Dragon, featuring a posable neck, wings and legs. Free the trapped Zane’ element from the special Djinn blade and ride away victorious! Includes 2 minifigures: Cole and Bucko.

LEGO 2015 Minifigure Gift Box Set (5004077) Now Available at Target Stores

For those who missed out on purchasing the LEGO Target 2015 Minifigure Gift Box Set (5004077) about a week ago, you’ll be glad to know that Target stores have now started to get shipments of them. They are still priced at $9.99 and it looks like there’s no limit. If you’re looking for it, use an inventory checker with the DPCI number 204-00-1716 to see if there are any near you. LEGO Target 2015 Minifigure Gift Box Set (5004077) Review

About a week ago, Target released the new 2015 LEGO Minifigure Gift Box Set (5004077) online for purchase individually for $9.99 or you could get it free with certain purchase restrictions but a majority of buyers went with the former route. After a day or two, they seemingly removed it from the website while physical locations don’t even know about it. From what I’m hearing, corporate is pretty upset with it being sold online early or something.

Anyways, people have started receiving their shipments of the box set including me. This is the second box set that Target has released in two years so it could be a trend going forward with them releasing one around this time every year but we’ll see. The packaging is similar with clear windows showing the four minifigures that are included. The design corresponds to the particular theme the minifigure is in which is the same as last year’s themes.

LEGO 2015 Minifigure Gift Box Set (5004077) Now Available at Target

2015 Target LEGO Minifigure Gift Box Set (5004077)

The 2015 LEGO Minifigure Gift Box Set (5004077) is now available for purchase online at Target. The minifigures that are included in the set are DC Comics Super Heroes Lightning Lad, Ninjago Kai, Legends of Chima Sir Fangar, and a City Scuba Diver. You can see the other two minifigures in my previous post from last year.

The set goes for $9.99 but you can get it for free when you purchase $50 of City, Ninjago, and Super Heroes sets. You can also get free shipping on all orders. It doesn’t look like there’s a limit on the Minifigure Box Sets (5004077) you can get. Also it says LEGO items are excluded, you can use the promo code TOYS at checkout to save $2 on it.

If you’re searching for it online, the item number is 49153007. The store DPCI number is 204-00-1716.

Update: It looks like Target figured out their mistake and the TOYS promo code does not work at checkout anymore. Also, they are starting to ship the sets already as I have gotten a FedEx tracking number for my shipment.

Here’s something that I’ve don’t think I’ve seen yet online. I was visiting the store today and I was told about a promotion that will be happening starting tomorrow and lasting through Sunday for some LEGO Ninjago sets. When you purchase the Temple of Airjitzu (70751), you will be getting the Enter the Serpent (70749) set for FREE. Yes, you heard that right. If you’ve been holding off on getting the Temple of Airjitzu, tomorrow is a great time to pick it up especially when you’ll also be getting a $60 set for free.

This promo is going on at all LEGO Brand Stores as well as on Shop@Home.

New LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitsu Image Revealed

Earlier today, the LEGO Ninjago Facebook Page posted a new image of what we can expect in 2016 for LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitsu with the animated series and sets. As you can see, the Ninjas are indeed going up against a band of Pirates as was teased back at San Diego Comic Con. You can see some of the Pirates including the main villain Nadakhan who is a Djinn that wants to turn people’s wishes into nightmares.

There are also some set descriptions for the sets that will be coming out in the beginning of the year.
