LEGO teaser yesterday for the LEGO Super Mario set was indeed what was shown and it has been revealed on the LEGO Shop as the Super Mario 64 Question Mark Block (71395). Releasing on October 1, the set has 2,064 pieces and retails for $169.99. The set is for the 25th anniversary of Super Mario 64 and it opens up to show various areas from the game including Peach’s Castle, Bob-omb Battlefield, Cool, Cool Mountain, and Lethal Lava Trouble. It also has 10 microfigures of Mario, Yoshi, Princess Peach, and King Bob-omb, as well as a Chain Chomp, Big Bully, Mr. I, Lakitu, penguin, and baby penguin.

It is now priced at $42.99 which is $17 off and a much more reasonable price for the 366 piece set. The set does require the Starter Course (71360) to have full functionality but it can be used without it.
