LEGO Seasonal By the Fireplace (6487475) Barnes & Noble Exclusive GWP Revealed

LEGO has revealed a Barnes & Noble exclusive gift with purchase set called By the Fireplace (6487475). It will be available online and in stores only in the US starting on Black Friday, November 24 with purchases of $75, while supplies last.

The packaging of the set is similar to the yellow boxed ones from the LEGO Rewards Center but in a much more festive green. The set features a small vignette of Santa in a living room with a Christmas tree.

Update: Although it says the promo starts on 11/24, it is actually available online now.

LEGO Chinese Traditional Festival 2024 Official Set Details

As expected, the LEGO Chinese Traditional Festival 2024 sets that were revealed yesterday are now on the LEGO Shop with official details for them. The sets are to celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year which will be the Year of the Dragon. Both sets will be available starting on January 1.


Auspicious Dragon (80112) – 1,171 pieces/$89.99

Usher in the Year of the Dragon with this majestic LEGO® Spring Festival Auspicious Dragon figure (80112). The Chinese International Import Expo (CIIE) is happening right now and LEGO has revealed some of the new 2024 Lunar New Year sets on the LEGO Builder App. The sets should be available in the APAC region in December while the rest of the world gets them in 2024. They should be showing up on the LEGO Shop soon with their regional pricing.

LEGO Winter Fun VIP Add-On Pack (40610) Revealed

LEGO Singapore has revealed possibly the last VIP Add-On polybag of the year with the Winter Fun VIP Add-On Pack (40610). It has 142 pieces and it will most likely be available in December with purchases of $50 like with the previous ones. Note that one is different from the Christmas Fun VIP Add-On Pack (40609) which is currently available on the LEGO Shop. The parts in the Winter pack looks to be just a general items used during the winter time. Keep in mind the white house is not included with the polybag as it is used to accentuate the elements that are in the set.

LEGO Ideas Tribute to Galileo Galilei (40595) & Christmas VIP Add-on Pack (40609) Promotions Live on LEGO Shop

Just like that, we’re in November and there are there are some new promotions that have gone live on the LEGO Shop which include the LEGO Ideas Tribute to Galileo Galilei (40595) and the the LEGO Christmas VIP Add-on Pack (40609). Both will run simultaneously until November 16 or while supplies last. The Tribute to Galileo Galilei will require a purchase of $130 while the Christmas polybag will need a $50 purchase. Remember that pre-orders do count towards the promotions so some of the recent reveals like the Natural History Museum (10326) and the Dune Atreides Royal Ornithopter (10327) do work.

LEGO Christmas Fun VIP Add-On Pack (40609) Official Images

LEGO has put up a product page for the new LEGO Christmas Fun VIP Add-On Pack (40609). Like with previous Add-On Packs, it’ll most likely require a $50 purchase to get it. It features a number of Christmas related elements such as snowflakes, a Santa hat, and lots of food pieces. For those who have been asking, the polybag does not come with any of the white parts to make the house in the pictures, just the decorative parts.
