Yesterday we got a first look at some of the new LEGO VIDIYO sets and there are now official images of the sets coming out of Smyths Toys. There are six sets in this wave and it shows them retailing for £17.99 in the UK.

LEGO’s newest theme, LEGO VIDIYO was announced last month but the details for it were lacking and there was no products shown off. The LEGO Shop also doesn’t show much off except for the Llama which seems to be the de facto mascot for the theme.

Instagram user marleylego has found some in their local Meijer store for $20 each and has shown off some of the details of the sets which include the Candy Mermaid Beatbox (43102), Party Llama Beatbox (43105), and Hiphop Robot Beatbox (43107). Note that Meijer does mark their prices up a little on everything so we’ll see if it’s that price. Each set also include 16 printed tiles to use to decorate the set.

LEGO VIDIYO is set to be released on March 1 so we’ll probably start seeing details of the sets in a few days/weeks.

LEGO has officially announced their newest theme that is in partnership with Universal Music Group called LEGO VIDIYO. The sets will help children use their creativity to make and share their own music videos. It uses some printed tiles call BeatBits and they allow kids to use video and music styles to scene effects as well as UMG’s library of music to create their music videos.

LEGO.com has put up a full splash page for it which says the theme will be revealed on January 26. If you didn’t know, LEGO Vidiyo is a music theme that will be coming in March and is part of LEGO’s partnership with Universal Music Group.

The kids side of LEGO.com has posted what appears to be one of the minifigures from the upcoming LEGO Vidiyo line. It shows a llama/giraffe minifigure playing some maracas with a colorful background.

The LEGO Vidiyo theme is a music theme coming in March which is part of LEGO’s partnership with Universal Music Group. The sets are rumored to be cube style boxes with music type characters. The sets will also have printed tiles of album covers that gives an interactive experience using your phone to play music, adding visual effects, and creating music videos.

The New Zealand LEGO January-May 2021 Catalog is now available and inside are some new sets we haven’t seen before including a teaser for the upcoming LEGO Vidiyo theme. There’s nothing much shown besides the Vidiyo logo and a QR code which leads to a 404 page.

Releasing in March, LEGO Vidiyo is supposedly the partnership theme between LEGO and Universal Music Group. Rumor has it is that the sets will be centered around making music videos and they feature cube style boxes that will have printed 2×2 album cover tiles that you can scan with your phone to reveal an interactive experience. It does sound pretty interesting and I look forward to the official reveal of the sets.
