LEGO City Space Science Lab (60439) Pre-Order on LEGO Shop

Official images of the upcoming LEGO City Space Science Lab (60439) went up a few days ago and you can now pre-order this set on the LEGO Shop. The set has 560 pieces and only retails for $34.99 which is lower than I expected. It features a domed laboratory with a large botanical tower of alien plants in the middle. It also has two air-lock connections so you can expand the lab bigger. The back of the box shows the Space Base and Rocket Launchpad (60434) connected to this one.

The LEGO MAR10 Day promotion is now live on the LEGO Shop and you can earn double Insider Points on all LEGO Super Mario products. The promotion will run until March 11 and it does combine with the LEGO Flower Store (40680) if your location still has it in stock (most likely in stores). Now is one of the best times to get the exclusives such as the Nintendo Entertainment System (71374), The Mighty Bowser (71411), and the Super Mario 64 Question Mark Block (71495).

LEGO Flower Store (40680) Sold Out in LEGO Shop US

In less than 12 hours, it looks like the LEGO Shop has sold out of the LEGO Flower Store (40680) promotion. The gift with purchase item was supposed to last until March 11 but even with a $200 price requirement, it sold out faster than I expected as it does not show up in the cart.

The best chance to get it now is at a LEGO Brand Store if you have one nearby or if you’re really desperate, the secondary market but I would hold off for a few weeks so the prices come down. It seems that the bigger promos are now selling out way faster so if you see something you want at new launches, I would not hesitate to buy it (if funds are available).

There is still the LEGO Friends Beach Clean-up (30635) + LEGO Animal Crossing Maple’s Pumpkin Garden (30662) polybag bundle with purchases of $50 in Animal Crossing, City, Creator 3-in-1, DREAMZzz, or Friends which also runs until March 11.

LEGO March 2024 Sets Now Available on LEGO Shop

March is now here and there is a plethora of new LEGO sets that have just released on the LEGO Shop. The big theme for March is LEGO Animal Crossing which was one of the more popular announcements last year. Also anticipated to be pretty popular are the new LEGO Star Wars sets with the new midi-scale ships.

For the gift with purchase sets, we have the LEGO Flower Store (40680) with purchases of $200 or more and it runs until March 11 or while supplies last. There’s also a LEGO Friends Beach Clean-up (30635) + LEGO Animal Crossing Maple’s Pumpkin Garden (30662) polybag bundle with purchases of $50 in Animal Crossing, City, Creator 3-in-1, DREAMZzz, or Friends.

For LEGO Insiders, the new LEGO Ninjago Micro Ninjago City (40703) is now available to redeem in the Rewards Center. It’ll cost you 2,700 Insider points and remember there will be four sets in total so it’ll cost you a whopping 10,800 points for the series. Fortunately, it’s less than what China has to spend on them but it still equates to over $1,600 spent to acquire enough points.

Last Day for BrickLink Designer Program Series 1 Pre-Orders

Today is the last day to get your pre-orders in for the BrickLink Designer Program Series 1 sets for those who have been holding off. As of this post, there is just about five hours left to order and any sets that have not reached the maximum of 30,000 will be the “limited” ones for Series 1 as there will be less of those produced than the other ones. The General Store (910031) is about 80% sold out while the Parisian Street (910032) still looks to be about 55% sold. Production and shipping of the Series 1 sets will begin some time in July 2024. Series 2 pre-orders will begin on June 1.

LEGO Part of Walmart Collector Con 2024

Walmart will be holding their Collector Con event next month and it looks like LEGO will be part of the offerings. On March 14 & 15, Walmart will be dropping collectibles from various companies with sneak peeks starting on March 7. LEGO has been doing Collector Con for a few years with all the reveals being LEGO Star Wars sets so I wouldn’t be too surprised if it’ll be the same this year. I don’t think there will be any exclusives as all the previous sets have been available on the LEGO Shop.
