LEGO has done a neat yet traumatizing promotional ad for the upcoming LEGO Classic 90 Years of Play (11021) set. In the video, you can see LEGO designer George Gilliatt put what appears to be boxes of classic LEGO sets that helped shape what will be in the new LEGO Classic set into a compactor. The shot shows some of the boxes getting crushed but George has confirmed that none of the original boxes were actually harmed. The 1,100 piece 90 Years of Play (11021) set will be available starting on May 1 for $49.99.
