LEGO Fortnite Durrr Burger (77070)

October marks the release of the LEGO Fortnite sets and the first one that we’ll be checking out is the Durrr Burger (77070) restaurant mascot. The set has 193 pieces and retails for $14.99. The set comes in two paper bags and the instruction booklet.

The build begins with the inner frame which uses various SNOT bricks to get the edges around the burger prepped. The bottom bun uses some new orange 1/4 arch brick 3×3.

Following that, you build up the beef patty and cheese using plates. In the middle of the cheese, there’s another SNOT section to build out the tomato arches and the tongue.

After that, we build the top bun using some new orange round quarter bricks. The front of the bun has slots for the derpy eyes.

At the top of the bun, there is supposed to be a green olive on a toothpick but the olive here seems a bit too big and too long due to the way the toothpick is built.

Overall the LEGO Fortnite Durrr Burger (77070) is a good representation of the mascot and makes a neat little desk object. The build isn’t too complicated and it makes use of SNOT techniques to get the detailing around the beef patty and tomato. The only flack about the set is the green olive seems off due to the way it’s built.
