Over on the LEGO Ambassador Network, LEGO has announced a collaboration between LEGO Rebrick and North American Fan Conventions in 2016 with the Best Friends Contest.
Each convention in North America will have builds featuring the LEGO Friends theme and there, a semi-finalist winner will be chosen along with a winner from Rebrick, whom of which will win a collection of 2016 LEGO Friends sets including 41118 Heartlake Super Market, 41129 Adventure Park Hot Dog Van, 41122 Adventure Camp Tree, 41134 Heartlake Performance School. From the semi-finalists, one grand prize winner will be chosen to win a one-of-a-king life-sized brick-brick LEGO Friends fox.

The last day to sumbit entries on Rebrick is November 21, 2016. I will be at Philly Brick Fest in a few weeks so I look forward to seeing some of the LEGO Friends entries there.
Rules
•Entries must use LEGO bricks and other LEGO building elements primarily from LEGO Friends sets. Elements from other sets may be used, by excessive use of non-Friends elements may contribute to a lower “Attention to contest theme” score, during the judging period of the contest.
•Potential semi-finalist winners at LEGO fan conventions will be selected by a moderation panel consisting of at least one member of the LEGO Community Team and at least one representative from the respective event organizer. Entries will be evaluated according to the following criteria: Originality-50% and Creativity-50%. In case of a tie, the entry with the higher Creativity score will prevail.
•You can submit multiple entries to the contest, but can only qualify as a semi-finalist once. Only one entry per person will be considered when the grand prize winner is selected.
