LEGO Ideas is doing something new for members who have managed to gather 10,000 supporters for their projects and have reached the Review Stages. They are running interviews with the project creators of the First 2016 Review Stage and there you’ll have a chance to learn more about them personally and their project as well as tips on how to achieve the end goal of 10,000 supporters. From the wording of the post, after all the interviews have been done, the LEGO Ideas team will will reveal the results of which project(s) will become official LEGO Ideas sets.
Today, LEGO has posted the first interview with whatpumpkin who created the Fossil Museum. There are nine project creators to feature since there are nine projects that hit 10,000 supporters for the First 2016 Review Stage including Fossil Museum, the Gingerbread House, the Modular Train Station, the Old Fishing Store, the Jedi High Council, the Particle Accelerator, the Jurassic Park Visitor Center, Rolling BB-8, and Johnny Five.
There’s no word on how often these interviews will be ran but follow the LEGO Ideas Blog or the Facebook Page to get updates on when the interviews are posted.
