In my other review of the LEGO Marvel 2025 mechs, we take a look at the Iron Man Mech vs. Ultron (76307). The set has 101 pieces and retails for $14.99.
Minifigures
There are two minifigures in the set, Iron Man and Ultron. Iron Man gets another new variant although it is only slightly with one thing. The highly detailed torso and legs are reused but the helmet uses the separate visor piece. The double-sided head is the usual one with the smile one side and the HUD on the other.
Ultron makes his return after a year hiatus but we haven’t seen a comic look since 2016 with the Might Micros set. He has a silver color scheme with some red highlights on both the front and back torso. The head shows him with the evil smiling expression which he has in most of the comics. He also uses the neck piece as well. His accessories include a laser beam and some transparent-red 1×1 round bricks for his thrusters.
Build
For the build, we only have the Iron Man Mech which uses the same structure as the other small mechs. The torso has a spot for Iron Man to sit in an the front has a printed Arc Reactor piece.
The arms are on ball joints with the right one having some stud shooters instead of a regular hand.
The waist is attached to the legs using a pin so it can do a full 360 degree swivel. The legs are your standard legs with ball joints at the hips and at the ankles. This allows you to get some decent posing but will still be somewhat limited.
Results
Like with the other Marvel mech sets, the LEGO Marvel Iron Man Mech vs. Ultron (76307) focuses more on the minifigures and we have two in this one. The mech itself isn’t too bad either and there’s somewhat more playability here with the stud shooters.
