Well we’re down to the final three days of the LEGO Star Wars 2015 Advent Calendar (75097) and usually we get minifigures during the last few days.
For Day 22, we have R2-D2 with some antlers. This minifigure is based off the R2-D2 1979 Lucasfilm Christmas card designed by Ralph McQuarrie. The antlers are created using the horn piece from some of the older Ninjago sets but in reddish brown which is the first time we’ve seen it in this color. The head and body is pretty much the same one we’ve seen in recent sets. Overall, the reindeer R2-D2 is pretty similar to the one in the Christmas card.
