Since Star Wars fans are celebrating May the 4th worldwide today, we have a fairly new minifigure to review, the White Boba Fett from the LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia: Updated and Expanded by DK Books. This version of Boba Fett is based on the Ralph McQuarrie prototype Mandalorian armor used for a screentest in 1978.
The White Boba Fett minifigure itself is highly detailed with printing that is very accurate to McQuarrie’s concept design in all aspects from the helmet with the red triangle above the visor, to the torso and the legs which also has a pouch printing. There are also some accessories included with him such as the antenna for the helmet and a white jetpack.
Overall, the White Boba Fett is a great addition to any collection. He’s a very popular character in the Star Wars Universe and it’s a nice update to the 2010 version. Again, this White Boba Fett is only available with the purchase of the LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia: Updated and Expanded.
