Hello Peppa Pig! Hello Daddy Pig!

LEGO Ninjago Micro Ninjago City (40703) GWP Official Images

The official product page for the LEGO Ninjago Micro Ninjago City (40703) is now up on the LEGO Shop. It has 339 pieces and it is listed as a gift with purchase set so it looks like it’ll be different from China where it’ll cost Insider points to get.

Since the set is now up on the LEGO Shop, it probably means that it’ll be released pretty soon. There’s no mentioning on what the price requirements are but I’m assuming it’ll be about the same or maybe lower as the Houses of the World sets from last year which required $250 purchases each.

Ninja fans aged 10 and up can now build their own micro model of NINJAGO® City with this fun and detailed playset. Micro NINJAGO City (40703) is a downsized version of the bigger NINJAGO City (70620) building set and features a bustling 5-story city block with teahouses and a rooftop sushi bar. The micro city can also be connected to 3 other micro sets (sold separately) to complete a small NINJAGO City.

LEGO Harry Potter Expecto Patronum (76414) Amazon Sale – January 2024

It looks like Amazon has finally put the LEGO Harry Potter Expecto Patronum (76414) on a lower constant sale now as the set has been discounted for 17%. It is now priced at $58.00 which saves you about $12 on it. The set is one of the more display oriented sets as you can build both Harry’s stag Patronus or Lupin’s wolf Patronus.

BrickLink Designer Program Series 4 Submissions Ending Soon

If you want to get your submissions to the BrickLink Designer Program Series 4, you have about five days left to enter. Submissions will end on January 26 and the crowd support for the projects will start shortly on February 5 where fans can vote for what sets they want to buy. BrickLink will do an internal review for the top ones and the final five designs will be announced in March.

As we can tell from the Series 3 sets, you don’t need to create huge sets to be selected as there can be smaller ones that can make the final cut as well.

LEGO Legend of Zelda Great Deku Tree (77092) Rumored for 2024 Release

There’s a new rumor that we could finally be getting a LEGO Legend of Zelda set with the Great Deku Tree (77092). Word has it that it’ll be released in September and it has 2,500 pieces. If you’re not familiar with the Great Deku Tree, it was first introduced in Ocarina of Time, then later appears in The Wind Waker, Breath of the Wild, and Tears of the Kingdom and is the guardian of the Kokiri. The rumor also suggests that there will be a few characters from Hyrule including Link with his Hylian Shield. The pricing is still unknown at this time but I expect it to be around $300+ given the piece count and licensing costs.

LEGO has been working more with Nintendo brands with Super Mario and Donkey Kong so it’s not much of a surprise that the Legend of Zelda will finally complete the iconic trio of Nintendo characters. LEGO fans have long awaited for a Legend of Zelda set as there have been numerous projects on LEGO CUUSOO and LEGO Ideas for this game but every one of them haven’t passed their respective review stages.

As always, these are purely rumors until LEGO announces them or images show up at an online shop.
