If you missed out on it the first couple of times, Toys R Us this week is again offering the LEGO Seasonal Iconic Easter Minifigure (5004468) as part of their weekly promo. You can get it for free with purchases of $30 or more and is only available in stores. If you’re lucky, you might be able to purchase it by itself for $5.99 each. To top that deal, TRU is having a buy 1 get 1 40% off all LEGO City, Friends, Ninjago, and DUPLO sets.
Amazon currently has the LEGO Star Wars UCS TIE Fighter (75095) available as a Lightning Deal with it going for $156.51 which is 22% off the regular price. There is still a little bit over 5 hours left on the deal so if you’ve been thinking about picking up the set, this would be a good time to as UCS sets rarely go on sale.
LEGO Ninjago fans, your turn is next to get official images for the winter 2017 sets. Hoth Bricks has found the images of the new sets which are based on The Hands of Time storyline which was briefly shown off earlier this year at San Diego Comic Con.
Last month I reported that it was rumored the LEGO Dimensions Green Arrow (71342) polybag would be given out at GameStop during Black Friday 2016. I can now confirm from their Black Friday ad posted on BFAds.net that Green Arrow will indeed be given away with the purchase of any LEGO Dimensions product.
Some of their other promotions during Black Friday include the price of the Starter Packs dropping down to $39.99. The Team Packs will be priced at $14.99 while the Level Packs will be $19.99 each.
LEGO Shop@Home US has updated their Retiring Soon page and they have added some more sets to the list of sets that will be retiring in the near future including the LEGO Creator Fairground Mixer (10244), LEGO Ideas Maze (21305), the Disney Collectible Minifigures (71012), as well as some of the older LEGO Star Wars sets.
The LEGO Batman Movie sets have started showing up at various Target stores and someone on Eurobricks was able to purchase the set and they have showed off some of the unannounced sets in the back of the instructions. The first set is Clayface Splat Attack (70904) which is the set with the brick-built Clayface as well as Batman and the Mayor. In the same thread, an image of set 70910 is shown off that features a motorcycle pizza delivery with Scarecrow, Batman, and a security guard. The set can combine with The Joker Balloon Escape (70900) and Mr. Freeze Ice Attack (70901) to create a larger playset.
Keep in mind the official release for some of The LEGO Batman Movie sets aren’t until December so Target may not sell them to you even if they are displayed already. Someone over on Reddit has found the DPCI numbers for the sets if you want to go searching for them.

2017 will mark the 40th anniversary of the LEGO Techinc theme. As I mentioned in the winter 2017 rumor post, the sets will come with a commemorative brick to celebrate the event. LEGO has started to upload official images to their servers and sure enough, one of the bricks that will be included in the 2017 sets will be one of these commemorative bricks. As you can see above, it is a 1×3 beam with the words “40 1977-2017” printed on it.
