LEGO Star Wars Summer 2015 Set Rumors

After a long Christmas day, it’s time for more Summer 2015 rumored sets and this time we have LEGO Star Wars. Just2Good over on Eurobricks has given some details on what we can expect in Summer 2015 for LEGO Star Wars. Demetri also has jumped on and given some set numbers as well for the sets.

First up is a set called the Imperial Assault Carrier which will go for $129.99. My guess is that it could be the Gozanti-class Cruiser which has been seen in the Star Wars Rebels TV series a few times.

The second set that was given is the Death Star Final Duel. This set is based on the finale of Episode VI: Return of the Jedi where Luke Skywalker duels Darth Vader and where Vader throws Emperor Palpatine down the power core/reactor shaft. A couple of small sets were based closely to the scene in the Final Duel I (7200) and Final Duel II (7201) but they weren’t the actual duel between father and son. This set could also feature the new Darth Vader helmet that we reported about yesterday.

The final set that was mentioned by J2G was the Tydirium Imperial Shuttle, aka the Lambda-class Shuttle. We’ve had a version of this ship in the UCS Imperial Shuttle (10212) as well as a couple of smaller sets but this will probably be a medium-scaled version much like what LEGO did with the B-Wing (75050).

Flash Speeder (75091)
Naboo Starfighter (75092)
Death Star Final Duel (75093)

LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes The Joker Bumper Car (30303) Polybag at Toys R Us

LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes The Joker Bumper Car (30303)

There’s a new 2015 polybag that should be showing up at Toys R Us in the very near future, the LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes The Joker Bumper Car (30303). It features the Joker riding around in a brick-built lime green bumper car. It polybag has 47 pieces and retails for only $3.99 which is an awesome price considering that this is probably the cheapest way to get the Joker minifigure. I’ll let you guys know when it will be available at stores and online.

Thanks to fellow reader Dave for the heads up.

LEGO BIONICLE Summer 2015 Set Rumors

Eurobricks member demitri has provided a list of set names for the Summer 2015 wave LEGO BIONICLE sets. The information comes from a list that they saw from an import company. Just2Good also on the forums has also backed up the set list as well.

Subsequent replies on the thread suggest that the Mask Maker is Ekimu. I’m don’t follow BIONICLE as closely as some of our readers here do so if you have some sort of insight, let us know in the comments below of what you think the sets are about.

Skull Warrior (70791)
Skull Slicer (70792)
Skull Basher (70793)
Skull Scorpion (70794)

Even More LEGO Super Heroes Summer 2015 Wave Set Details

Slowly, there are more details coming out for the Summer 2015 wave of LEGO Super Heroes sets. Over on Eurobricks, NovaSentinel has posted some set names of some of the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes sets.

Carnage’s S.H.I.E.L.D. Sky Attack (76036)
Rhino and Sandman Supervillain Team (76037)
Marvel’s Ant-Man (76039)

From the looks of that list, we are getting another new minifigure in Carnage. From the Ultimate Spider-Man TV series, Carnage is actually Peter Parker who was injected with an enhanced Venom symbiote sample by Green Goblin. I was hoping for a Cletus Kasady version but as long as we get a Carnage minifigure, I’m happy.

For the Rhino and Sandman Supervillain Team set, we already reported on that one but the set name confirms the rumors from a few days ago.

There’s no mention of which set that Iron Spider will be in at this time.

As for the Ant-Man set, it was mentioned in a response to NovaSentinel’s post that it will be an Avengers Assemble set and not based on the movie. Others think that this set will still be a movie set based on the set name that was given. We’ll see in a few months if it will be the animated set or the movie set.

Over on the LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes sets, amazingbricks has given set names of the sets that we reported on from Just2Good’s video.

The Batboat Harbor Pursuit (76034)
Jokerland (76035)
