LEGO Final Fantasy VII Contest Winner Announced

Back in January, Square Enix announced a LEGO contest to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy VII to see which location you wanted to see as a LEGO set. The four choices included Aerith’s House, Honeybee Inn, Sector 5 Slums Church, and Water Tower Nibelheim.

Square Enix a few days ago has announced the winner of the contest and the Final Fantasy VII scene that will be a LEGO set is the Sector 5 Slums Church. The church will also include LEGOLAND Miniland scaled people of Cloud and Aerith.

This looks to be a one-off set that you can try to win by following Square, liking, and retweeting the post below on Twitter/X.

LEGO Houses of the World 3 (40594) Official Images

LEGO has finally put up the product page for the upcoming Houses of the World 3 (40594) gift with purchase set on the LEGO Shop which means that the promotion should be coming soon. The product description does confirm that the set is based on a house from Switzerland as said in our early review.

The promotion period is still unknown at this time as well as the purchase threshold but we can assume it’ll be $250 as the previous two sets in the series were at that price.

Recreate the distinctive architecture of Switzerland as you build the third in a collection of LEGO® Houses of the World. This set (40594) is inspired by the traditional buildings of Switzerland and combines a variety of color schemes with distinctive architectural design. The theme continues with Swiss interior decor. The modular design means this house can be combined with others from the collection (40583, 40590 and 40599) – each sold separately.

Of course, it’s still way too early to tell if this is true so keep your expectations low for now.
