LEGO has revealed a new Seasonal Christmas set with the Christmas Table Decoration (40743). Releasing on September 1, the set has 433 pieces and will retail for $39.99. The set features a red candle surrounded by red berries, golden stars, and green foliage.

LEGO has just released a teaser of the results for the LEGO Ideas Third 2023 Review Stage. They didn’t say when they will be announcing the winner(s) but I guess it’ll be early next week since I don’t ever remember them dropping an announcement on a weekend. Working River Rapids Ride – Fairground Rafting Coaster by Baron von Barron is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 3,000 piece build features a typical fairground ride and you can manually guide the cars through the track or use a motor to operate the drivetrain.

It’s a sad day in the LEGO world as longtime AFOL Community Integration Manager Jan Beyer has announced that he left the company. Some of you may have met Jan at various LEGO conventions throughout the years and he was an integral part in helping grow the AFOL community whether it be working with LUGs or just answering questions from fans.
Jan will now be working with LEGO Certified Professional Caspar Bennedsen from Brick Works as a Development Manager. Although I haven’t personally met Jan, I wish him the best in his new position. He’ll still be around at LEGO conventions so you’ll still see him as a regular fan.

The official information on the set is still unclear but it has been reported to have 2,405 pieces and include minifigures of Harry Potter and the whole Weasley family including Ron, Ginny, Arthur, Molly, Fred, George, Percy, Bill, and Charlie. LEGO has finally put up the product page for the LEGO Star Wars The Onyx Cinder (75374) on the LEGO Shop. We can now confirm that the 1,325 piece set will be available starting August 1 at a price point of $139.99. The ship is based on the upcoming show on Disney+ and will have Minifigures of Jod, Wim, KB, Fern, and Neel.
