LEGO Marvel Studios Collectible Minifigures (71031) Available at Walmart

Although the LEGO Marvel Studios Collectible Minifigures (71031) don’t officially release until September 1, Walmart is already selling them online. They have it listed as available for shipping and arrives around August 20. If you want to take a chance at them, they go for $4.99 each and there are 12 total to collect.

Update: Out of stock now. You may want to check stores in a week or two to see if they put them out early. Same goes with Target and Meijer, etc.

More LEGO Sets Coming in New Color Schemes

Last week, we reported that a couple of LEGO Creator sets will be coming soon with new color schemes which included the Fiat 500 (77942) and the Mighty Dinosaurs (77941). It looks like there are even more sets that have surfaced that have new colors. First is the Mighty Dinosaurs (77940) which will have another color scheme, this time with the brown. The other set is the LEGO City Fire Station Headquarters (77944) which has some slight changes to the build. Again, we’re not sure why LEGO has opted to make similar sets in new color schemes.

LEGO Disney Train and Station (71044) Retiring Soon

If you’ve been holding off on the LEGO Disney Train and Station (71044), you may want to pick it up soon. Rumors were swirling that it would be retired by the end of 2021 and it looks like it has already happened in various parts of the world. I’m not sure when it happened but it has already been listed as a retired product in Belgium, Germany, and Luxemburg.

The set was released in August 2019 so it had the standard two year run although it seemed way longer than that. Even though it is not listed as a retiring product, take this as an early warning that it will be soon. Thanks to Jari for the heads up.
