LEGO Minecraft 2022 Minifigure Skin Winner Announced

LEGO has announced the winner of the LEGO Minecraft poll for the new skin that will be in next year’s set. With over 56% of the vote, the winning skin is the Ninja which was clearly the winner after the poll started during LEGO Con 2021. Now we just have to wait and see what set the Ninja will appear in.

What is Going on with LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga?

One of the main questions I’ve been getting recently is what is going on with TT Games and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and if it will ever be released. Honestly, I have no idea what is happening with the company. The game has been delayed a few times now due to COVID with no major updates about the game even during E3 last month which was very surprising.

Last week, there was a Xbox Two podcast that suggested that Warner Bros. was looking to sell NetherRealm Studios and TT Games according to some documents seen by Windows Central’s Jez Corden. However that was all disputed as TheGamer got a response from Remi Sklar of Warner Bros. saying that NetherRealm and TT Games will remain a part of Warner Bros. Games and are included in the Warner Media Discovery merger so that debunked that report.

In addition, there have been a lot of TT Games employees that have been leaving the company in the past year, some of whom have been working on The Skywalker Saga. As we know in our regular jobs, replacing people is sometimes difficult and new employees need time to get acclimated to what they are working on.

Although I’m still excited for the game personally, other people may be losing their interest for it. At this point, I wouldn’t be totally surprised if the game was delayed until next year. LEGO Double VIP Points Promotion Live – July 2021

The LEGO double VIP points promotion is now live on the LEGO Shop. From now until July 18, you can earn double points on all purchases. Now is a great time to pick up some of the more recent exclusives such as the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Daily Bugle (76178), LEGO Ideas The Friends Apartment (10292), and LEGO Ideas Typewriter (21327) to get your money’s worth.

In addition, you can also double up on some of the current promotions such as the LEGO adidas Originals Superstar (40486) with purchases of $85 and the LEGO Minions Bob Minion with Robot Arms (30387) with $40 Minions purchases. The LEGO Charles Dickens Tribute (40410) set is also back with $150 purchases. It’s fairly rare that LEGO has four promotions going on at the same time so get in while there is still items in stock.

LEGO Hallmark 2021 Keepsake Ornaments Available Now

Today is the day that the new LEGO Hallmark 2021 Keepsake Ornaments are available for purchase and there are a few that you may be interested in. First is the LEGO Elf and Teddy and the other is the LEGO DC Super Heroes Wonder Woman. Both cost $16.99 and they can either ship to your address or pick-up at your local Hallmark store. Hallmark also has the LEGO Star Wars Darth Vader and Stormtrooper in ugly sweaters but they won’t be available until October.

LEGO Ideas GameStop Classic Shop Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The GameStop Classic Shop is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. It looks like it reached the goal with in only about a day or so and it is based on the once popular video game store.

The project now joins Imperial Island Fort, Movie Set, Lifeguard’s Shack, A-Frame Cabin, Spaceballs, The Costume Store, Boston Dynamics Spot 1:4 Scale Motorized Model, Medieval Tavern, Tavern Under the Snow, Women of Computing, Working Mini Golf Course, Brick Walk, Medieval Harbor, Floating Island (Using Tensegrity), Scooby Doo Mystery Machine, Aircraft Engine Workshop, and Airport Firetruck Rosenbauer PANTHER 8×8 as the ones to reach the Second 2021 Review Stage.

LEGO Star Wars 2021 Advent Calendar (75307) Official Images

The official images of the LEGO Star Wars 2021 Advent Calendar (75307) are now available on the LEGO Shop in various countries. The set has 335 pieces and costs $39.99 and it is mostly based on season two of The Mandalorian. The set includes minifigures of Scout Trooper, Stormtrooper, Tusken Raider, IG-11 and IT-O Interrogator Droid. There are spoilers of all the builds the below so if you don’t want to see them, you should skip this post.
