The LEGO The Friends Apartment (10292) has been out for a few weeks now and LEGO has just dropped the designer video for the set. Designer Andy Grubb talks about some of detail for the two apartments including some of the references from the hit show. Senior graphic designer Ioana Popescu talks about the details for the minifigures as well as some of the stickers throughout the set.
The Friends Apartments has been recently been restocked on the LEGO Shop and it now available for purchase again for the general public.
A short while ago, LEGO announced the new LEGO Ideas Typewriter (21327) and at the same time, they’ve also released the designer video for the set. Designers Wes Talbott and James May talks about some of the details that goes into the set including the working keys, moving carriage while letters are pressed, and even the platen roller where you can put actual paper in. They’ve also talk about some of the parts in new colors as well as the ink ribbon which is brand new exclusively made for this set.
The Typewriter will be available for VIPs starting on June 16 for $199.99 and to the general public on July 1.
LEGO has officially announced the newest LEGO Ideas set with the Typewriter (21327). Releasing on June 16 for VIPs, the set has 2,079 pieces and will retail for $199.99. The set imitates the style of a typewriter where it features a center typebar that rises each time a letter is pressed that is also linked to a carriage that moves across as you type. There’s even a platen roller that paper can be fed into. In addition, each set comes with a signed letter from The LEGO Group chairman, Thomas Kirk Kristiansen. While VIPs can get their hands on the Typewriter starting next week, the general release for it is on July 1.

The LEGO Group has revealed the new LEGO® Ideas Typewriter set which is set to delight the most seasoned wordsmiths and fans of all things vintage. Designed by LEGO fan, Steve Guinness from Chester, UK, as part of the LEGO® Ideas platform, the LEGO Ideas Typewriter is based on a contemporary typewriter model of a bygone era, including the one used by LEGO Group founder Ole Kirk Christiansen.
Intricately designed to mirror the function and tactility of a classic typewriter, the LEGO Ideas Typewriter features a center typebar that rises each time a letter key is pressed, linked to the carriage which moves across as you type, as well as a platen roller that real paper can be fed into.
This morning, I attended a preview event for LEGO Builder’s Journey which will be available on Steam and Nintendo Switch on June 22. It was previously available for Apple Arcade but now, it has updated technology to be the world’s first ray-traced game made with Unity which is a custom integration specifically made for LEGO Builder’s Journey.
NVIDIA has teamed up with LEGO Games and Light Brick Studio to bring ray tracing and NVIDIA DLSS in the game. If you’re not familiar with ray tracing, it is technology that brings realistic lighting while also having improved performance.

LEGO has announced that they have recreated a life-size version of the Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 using over 400,000 LEGO Technic elements. It took a team of 15 designers using over 8,660 hours to develop and construct to faithfully recreate the supercar.

LEGO has listed the new LEGO Marvel What If…? Tony Stark’s Sakaarian Iron Man (76194) on the LEGO Shop and we can see some of the details for the set. It has 369 pieces and will retail for $34.99 which is actually a decent price considering it has some larger parts for the Hulkbuster. It also includes minifigures of Tony Stark, Valkyrie and The Watcher. The product listing does show that this set will appear in the upcoming What If…? animated series on Disney+.
