The adidas UltraBOOST DNA x LEGO Plates shoes dropped yesterday online and they pretty much was sold out in just a few minutes. For the majority of us who wanted it, there was pretty much no chance of getting it due to the overwhelming demand for it. Now it looks like that adidas will be restocking it again online on Monday, May 3 at 7am PDT. There’s no word on how many pairs will be available but I’m guessing it won’t be that many. For those who are interested, the new adidas UltraBOOST DNA x LEGO Plates shoes will be available over on the adidas website in about three hours from this post. They will retail for $200 a pair and these will be able to use actual LEGO plates on it to customize your look. In addition, they’ll be much more comfortable because of the UltraBOOST technology. I’m assuming stock will go very quickly because of sneakerheads as well as scalpers.

FOX has announced that season two of LEGO Masters will be premiering on June 1. Will Arnett will be returning to host the new season and LEGO judges Jamie Berard and Amy Corbett are expected to return as well. The main thing we don’t know about are the contestants who will be competing for the title of LEGO Masters. Stay tuned as more details are revealed about season two of LEGO Masters.

Today, LEGO celebrates the 130th birthday of Ole Kirk Kristiansen, the founder of the company. Ole jump started a company with wooden toys that would eventually evolve into our favorite building toy with the help of his son Godtfred. Unfortunately, Ole wouldn’t be able to see the success of the building blocks but his spirit lives on in the creations that we build.
