One of the more elegant LEGO Art sets has recently gotten another discount on Amazon which is the Hokusai – The Great Wave (31208). It is now on sale for $83.99 which is a 16% discount and that saves you $16 on the 1,810 piece set. I don’t keep many sets built after I’ve reviewed them but this is one of the sets that I have kept even after a year. It makes a great talking piece for visitors with the 3D look for the waves.

LEGO has officially revealed the second LEGO Transformers set with everyone’s favorite yellow car, Bumblebee (10338). Releasing on July 1, the set has 950 pieces and will retail for $89.99. Bumblebee joins Optimus Prime which was released last year back in 2022 and like his predecessor, he can transform into vehicle mode. LEGO has designed it so that Bumblebee scales with Optimus.

Like with the Firework Celebrations (40689) we do not know the promotional date for it or the price requirement to get it at this time although this one should be cheaper to get given the price on it is $2 less.

LEGO has put up the product page for the upcoming LEGO Firework Celebrations (40689) gift with purchase set. It has 184 pieces and we can assume that the promotion for it should be starting fairly shortly. The price requirement to get it is still unknown at this time.

Playing takes little more than picking up a stone or a stick. The only real investment is time. Yet, both parents and children indicate that the demand for children’s time away from play is increasing – with play time often being deprioritized.
In a recent survey of 25,500 children and 36,000 parents in 36 countries commissioned by the LEGO Group, 59% of parents indicated they worry that their children do not have enough playtime, do not have enough access to fun activities
