There are now images of more LEGO City 2019 sets which include a new subtheme called Sky Police. We’ve already seen a couple of the smaller Sky Police sets in the first batch of images from a few days ago. There’s also some new road plates coming which include T-Junction and Curve plates.
The December 2018 LEGO Store Calendar has been released for a while now and the promotions have been somewhat limited but I’ve gotten news on some unannounced promotions for the month. According to my source, there will be three gift-with-purchase promos which include:
December 1-23: – Free Parrot Mailer with purchases of $10 or more, in-store only.
December 1-31: – Free LEGO Star Wars Darth Vader Pod (5005376) with purchase of Darth Vader’s Castle (75251).
December 14-16: Free LEGO Jurasic World Bricktober (5005255) set with purchases of $99 or more.
LEGO may decide to send out an email blast or post on social media about these promos as we get closer to December but keep an eye out on Shop@Home if you’re looking to get some of them. No word on whether they will be both in-store and online at this time but I assume they will be.
Update: The Parrot Mailer will be in-store only.
Update 2: LEGO Brand Stores will have limited quantities of the Jurassic World Bricktober set. The email blast for the promotions is scheduled to go out on December 1.
Amazon has kicked off their Cyber Monday sales and there are a ton of LEGO sets that are discounted upwards of 30% and more. Some of the more notable ones include the LEGO Technic Porsche 911 GT3 RS for $206.93 and the LEGO Ideas NASA Apollo Saturn V (21309) for $78.74 with frustration-free packaging.
For the Cyber Monday 2018 LEGO deal of the day, we have the LEGO Friends Sunshine Catamaran (41317) on sale for 30% off. It is now priced at $48.99 and it is the last day to combine the deal with the LEGO Seasonal Christmas Gift Box (40292) promotion. One thing to note is that Amazon has LEGO one-upped as they have the set on sale for $40.99 which is 41% off but you don’t get the VIP points or a chance at the gift set.
If you missed out on getting the yesterday’s daily Black Friday deal on the LEGO Ideas Old Fishing Store (21310) on Shop@Home, Amazon is the place to go now. The set is currently priced at $114.99 which is 23% off the regular price. Unfortunately, you don’t get the freebie set from LEGO but at least you get a discounted set that is still available. The LEGO Batman Movie The Ultimate Batmobile (70917) is the next set that is on sale for the daily LEGO Black Friday 2018 weekend promotion. It is 30% off the regular price of $139.99 and is now priced $97.99, while supplies last. Unlike the other two sets that had daily specials for them, this set is not listed as one of the sets that will be retiring soon but I have a feeling it may sell out. Regardless, this set is definitely worth the price as it has a lot of play features with it.
Continuing with some 2019 LEGO set images, there are now also ones for the 2019 LEGO Creator sets. Like with Creator sets from previous years, they are also 3-in-1’s which some have some cool alternate builds.
