Ayrton Senna is one of the most decorated drivers in Formula One history and the team at McLaren had one of the best runs from the late 80’s/early 90’s. LEGO is paying tribute to Senna by releasing the LEGO Icons McLaren MP4/4 & Ayrton Senna (10330) which releases on March 1. The set has 693 pieces and will retail for $79.99.

The LEGO House social media accounts looks to have started their teasers for the next LEGO House exclusive set. In the short clip, LEGO House Master Builder Stuart Harris is seen picking up a yellow DUPLO brick and having an idea after. The video doesn’t give to much information but it could suggest that a DUPLO brick could be part of the upcoming set. Let’s see if there will be more teasers in the next few days leading up to the reveal.

Amazon has started a new promotion where you can get a $10 credit when you spend $50 in select LEGO products. The selection of sets at are part of the promotion have been updated since the last time they did this and some of them also have been discounted as well. They feature mostly smaller sets and my favorite one from the list has to be the LEGO Disney “Up” House (43217).

Today was supposed to be the general release of the LEGO Micro Rocket Launchpad (40712) gift with purchase set on the LEGO Shop but it looks like that won’t be happening, at least in the US. Unless there’s some sort of delay on the LEGO Shop, it appears that the set has been sold out since it doesn’t even show up in the cart even after adding the required $200 to get it. Once big clue was that it wasn’t available yesterday when the promotional period for LEGO Insiders was still going. LEGO Brand Stores could still have them in stock so I recommend calling them to check.
If you’re not a LEGO Insider, I highly suggest signing up for this free program as you can earn points towards discounts and other LEGO items that are exclusive to it.
