Today I have another Throwback Thursday review, but again not in the traditional sense. I’ve received an advanced review copy of the upcoming Great LEGO Sets: A Visual History
The set comes in comes separately in a box within the slipcover. The front of the box shows the Micro-Scale Space Cruiser with a rather large LEGO logo on the top left and the set number on the right. There’s also a window showing off some of the pieces of the set. The back of the box shows some action shots of the Space Cruiser.
Within the box, there is a polybag and a small instruction booklet included. The set is designed by Mel Caddick and it contains 102 pieces.
The build is very quick and easy to assemble and just like its larger counterpart, the back is able to open up by the hinges to reveal a 1×2 mini moon buggy.
Overall, the Micro-Scale Space Cruiser (11910) is a great little replica of the famous Galaxy Explorer. Again Great LEGO Sets: A Visual History will be available in October but you can pre-order it now on Amazon
