The LEGO Creator Mini Cooper (10242) is currently on sale for 19% off the normal retail price over on Amazon. As of a few days ago, the set is priced at $80.99 which is $19 off and it is the lowest it’s been on there. The Mini Cooper is one of the more older sets that is still available so it has to potential to be retired even though LEGO doesn’t label it as such.
