LEGO Marvel’s Avengers Video Game Trailer

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released the first trailer for the LEGO Marvel’s Avengers video game. The game will feature characters and storylines from the first Avengers movie as well as the recently released Avengers: Age of Ultron. The trailer also states that LEGO Marvel’s Avengers will be released this winter instead of in the fall as previously stated. It’ll be available on all major consoles including Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Nintendo Wii U, 3DS, and PC.

Also remember if you pre-order the game from GameStop, you’ll be getting the exclusive LEGO Iron Man Silver Centurion minifigure.

The first console videogame featuring characters and storylines from the critically-acclaimed film Marvel’s The Avengers and the blockbuster sequel Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron. Play as Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in their quest to save the world while reliving some of the most amazing moments from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including the famed Battle of New York between the Avengers and Super Villain Loki as seen in Marvel’s The Avengers.

LEGO Marvel’s Avengers Video Game Pre-Order Bonus Iron Man Silver Centurion Official Image

LEGO Marvel's Avengers Silver Centurion Iron Man

About a week ago, I reported that an image of the LEGO Marvel’s Avengers video game pre-order bonus of the Iron Man MK 33, Silver Centurion, minifigure was revealed. It is now confirmed that the Silver Centurion minifigure will indeed be a pre-order bonus exclusive at GameStop and we can now see the whole official image of it. LEGO Marvel’s Avengers is listed to be released on December 31 but that is a placeholder and it’ll be released earlier than that when it hits the shelves in the fall.

LEGO Marvel’s Avengers Video Game Exclusive Minifigure Image Revealed

Strangely on Eurobricks has revealed the exclusive minifigure that will be included with the LEGO Marvel’s Avengers video game, possibly from GameStop and it is Iron Man MK 33, the Silver Centurion suit from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As you can see above, Iron Man will now wear an armor piece over his regular suit which is now mostly red and silver hence the suit name. In Iron Man 3, this suit was seen at the end of the movie during the House Party Protocol and was briefly worn by Tony Stark. The minifigure makes good use of the Legends of Chima armor piece and notice there’s also side printing on the arms and legs on the minifigure and if you look real closely, the arms are double printed.

There hasn’t been much information about LEGO Marvel’s Avengers video game besides the annonuncement of it back in January but it is scheduled to be released sometime in the fall. The LEGO Silver Centurion minifigure isn’t list on GameStop’s listings yet but it should be up a few weeks before the game is released.

LEGO Marvel’s Avengers Video Game Exclusive Minifigure Revealed?

Back in January, it was announced that TT Games will be releasing LEGO Marvel’s Avengers video game this fall. As we’ve come to expect, an exclusive minifigure or set would probably be included with pre-orders of the game. Speculation stated as readers tried to figure out who or what it could be. One popular guess was Agent Phil Coulson as he’s a popular character that hasn’t been represented as a physical minifigure yet and wasn’t included in the The SHIELD Helicarrier (76042).

Wikipedia, of all places, may have revealed the exclusive minifigure for LEGO Marvel’s Avengers as Falcon, most likely the version from Captain America: The Winter Soldier. I’m not totally sure where the information came from as the press release that was cited didn’t mention anything about Falcon. As for him being the exclusive pre-order bonus minifigure? I’m okay with it as we don’t have a movie version of him either. What are your guys’ thoughts about Falcon potentially being the minifig that’ll be included with the LEGO Marvel’s Avengers video game?

Update: The part about the Falcon minifigure has been taken down on Wikipedia.
