LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 20 (71027) Now Available

There are some new products that LEGO has launched today and one of those items are the LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 20 (71027). Obviously, it’s kind of hard to feel for them at this time due to the coronavirus still going around so LEGO has also made the complete box available for purchase as well. Each box will run you $299.40 and each one will have 60 packets inside. Each box should net you three complete sets if you want to split it with some friends.

LEGO Star Wars May the 4th 2020 Promotions Revealed

There are details of some of the upcoming LEGO Star Wars May the 4th promotions on LEGO Shop@Home. From May 1-4, there will be certain promotions going on including:

• LEGO Star Wars Death Star II Battle (40407) with purchases of $75 or more
• Double VIP Points on LEGO Star Wars products
• Sales on select LEGO Star Wars sets

Also, the UCS A-wing Starfighter (75275) will be available for purchase and it will be the first time the ship will be an Ultimate Collector Series set.

San Diego Comic Con 2020 Officially Cancelled

You may have seen the big pop culture announcement yesterday but in case you didn’t, it was announced that San Diego Comic Con 2020 has been officially cancelled. It’s not too surprising as businesses still aren’t ready to be opened and probably won’t be for some time due to the COVID-19 situation.

As for the LEGO exclusives that were planned for the event, nobody knows what will happen to them since everyone had to switch strategies. It is possible that LEGO puts them on the Reward Center as a raffle but that would be somewhat unfair for the attendees who were supposed to be there as it was an exclusive thing to them. Either way, we’ll see what LEGO does with the products they had planned for SDCC, if anything.

LEGO Ideas Spongebob Squarepants – The Krusty Krab Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Spongebob Squarepants – The Krusty Krab is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 2,996 piece build features the iconic restaurant from the TV show and it also proposes six characters including Spongebob, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Squidward, Sandy and Plankton. The roof is able to be removed to see the details inside the Krusty Krab.

The project joins Mary Poppins, Cherry Tree Lane, Tesla Cybertruck, Untitled Goose Game, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Train Station: Studgate, SpaceX Falcon 9 (Saturn V Scale), Mini-fig Scale Project Gemini, Retro Bowling Alley, Indiana Jones Trilogy, Bricks & Blooms, Sonic Mania – Green Hill Zone, The Great Fishing Boat, Knight Rider – KITT, Snow-Groomer PRINOTH LEITWOLF, The Castle in the Forest, Coraline’s Pink Palace Apartments, Historically Accurate Rome, and Ruined House as the projects to reach the First 2020 Review Stage.

LEGO Technic Ducati Panigale V4 R (42107) Box Art and Product Images

Early this morning, LEGO revealed the LEGO Technic Ducati Panigale V4 R (42107) and we now have more images of the set including the box art as well as more product images. If you didn’t see, the press release, LEGO did state that the price is $59.99 and the release date is slated for June 1 but on Shop@Home, it has been changed to $69.99 and August 1 release. We’ll have to confirm which one is the right information.

LEGO Star Wars UCS A-wing Starfighter (75275) Designer Video

The LEGO Star Wars UCS A-wing Starfighter (75275) was announced yesterday to be released on May 1 and LEGO has also released the designer video for the set. LEGO designer Hans Schlömer talks about some of the details of the set such as the Technic frame and some of the features. The A-wing Starfighter hasn’t been made into an Ultimate Collector Series set and this is the first of its kind in that size. It has 1,673 pieces and will retail for $199.99.
