LEGO Masters Finale Builds Displayed at LEGOLAND California

A few days ago, the LEGOLAND California Big Shop reopened to the public and there are some new LEGO Masters display items that you can check while you’re shopping. The season finale of LEGO Masters featured three teams including Sam & Jessica, Mark & Boone, and Tyler & Amy, with the winner of season one being Tyler & Amy. Spread out in the Big Shop are the final builds the teams created and you can check them out up close to actually see how massive the builds are. The Big Shop will also be open to the public, with parking free of charge, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the weekend and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays. The LEGO Ideas International Space Station (21321) is currently on sale over at the LEGOLAND California online shop. It is priced at $62.99 which is just 10% off but keep in mind that this set hasn’t been on sale before until now, even on Amazon. The International Space Station has been in the news recently as NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley arrived there using the first commercially built and operated spacecraft by SpaceX.

LEGOLAND Minifigure Lounge Pants Available for Father’s Day

Father’s Day is coming up next week and LEGOLAND has a pretty good gift for dads to wear around the house. They have some Minifigure Lounge Pants available for $21.99 which features minifigure head designs all around. Kids can also get one with the Youth Sizes and there’s also a Bundle that is on sale which includes the adult pants along with a key hanger, mug, and the LEGOLAND Train (40166). I’m not sure how fast shipping is from LEGOLAND but hopefully it arrives before next Sunday. Thanks to Johnathan for the heads up.

LEGOLAND California Planning Reopening on July 1

As California is slowly opening again, some of the more major attractions locally are also planning for their reopening, more particularly, LEGOLAND California. Officials here in San Diego are discussing if the park along with other attractions will be able to open back up on July 1. As we know, the park has been closed since March and obviously there will be precautions taken to keep kids and families safe while they are at the park which LEGOLAND will announce when they are ready to.

LEGOLAND California Resort, The USS Midway Museum and SeaWorld San Diego reviewed its collective re-opening safety plan with County of San Diego officials today. While the attractions will all be ready to reopen on July 1 if authorized, the plan now moves on to State officials for additional review and guidance. As the San Diego attraction coalition, we were greatly appreciative to County staff for the opportunity to present our reopening plan to them today.

LEGOLAND Exclusive Ninjago World (40429) Official Images

There are now official images of the next LEGOLAND exclusive set coming to LEGOLAND parks and that is Ninjago World (40429). The 440 piece set is based on one of the newer attractions at various parks around the world. There are a lot of features that are taken from the attraction including the entrance, the temple, and the ride itself. It also includes four minifigures which include two kids, the mom, and the park employee.
