Two More The LEGO Movie Polybags Revealed

Yesterday, we revealed that you will be able to get a free The LEGO Movie Piece of Resistance Polybag (30280) with purchases of $50 or more. Brickset has updated their database and it shows two more LEGO Movie polybags coming out this year: Micro Manager Battle (30281) and Super Secret Police Enforcer (30282). The Micro Manager set will have 27 pieces and will also include Wyldstyle. The Police Enforcer has 39 pieces and will include a Robo SWAT minifigure. There are no images of the polybags but the parts are available to look at and use LDD to put together the set.

Some LEGO Star Wars 2014 Polybags Revealed

Brickset has updated their database with some new LEGO Star Wars 2014 polybags. Although there are no images yet, we do know the names of them and the number of pieces included: Anakin’s Jedi Intercepter (30244) – 45pcs, Imperial Shuttle (30246) – 57pcs, and the ARC-170 Starfighter (30247) – 54pcs. The parts are provided so you can probably use LEGO Digital Designer to create it yourself and see if they are something you want to purchase or not when they come out.

Update: There are now images of the new polybags.

The LEGO Movie Piece of Resistance Polybag (30280) Revealed

The February calendar for LEGO is now available and February is the month that The LEGO Movie comes out. To further promote the movie, LEGO will be giving out a FREE exclusive LEGO Piece of Resistance Polybag (30280) for purchases of $50 or more. The offer will be available throughout the month, while supplies last. The polybag will consist of Emmet and the Piece of Resistance stuck between a slab of rock. The rocks looks very similar to the Thor and the Cosmic Cube Polybag (30163).

The other promo that LEGO will be having at LEGO Stores is the Monthly Mini Model Build. On Tuesday February 4th, you can build a Micro Manager model and take home. This version of the Micro Manager has four legs. Now you can add another one to your army of Micro Managers from all of the movie sets.

LEGO DC Universe Super Heroes The Batman Tumbler Polybag (30300)

Brick Heroes has uncovered a new LEGO DC Universe/Comics The Batman Tumbler Polybag (30300) that was being sold on eBay. It is a pretty good representation of the Tumbler from The Dark Knight. Currently, the seller has sold out at least 40 of the polybags. There’s no word on at this time on how the polybag will be distributed.

LEGO The Hobbit Lake-Town Guard Polybag (30216) Review

A few weeks ago, we reported that the LEGO The Hobbit Lake-Town Guard Polybag (30216) was seen at Toys R Us stores. They were also online but everywhere I checked, they it was sold out or wasn’t even available yet. Yesterday, I decided to take a trip to my local TRU since it was in the neighborhood and lo and behold, there was a whole rack full of them. I picked up a couple and here’s the review of it. The polybag contains of 31 pieces and has been selling for $4.99 each. The set contains two small builds and a Lake-Town Guard minifigure.

They are now back in stock on their website for $4.99 each with a limit of 5 per customer. I still haven’t seen it in stores yet so right now, online is your best bet to get one.

While doing some Christmas shopping at my local Target store today, I found the LEGO TMNT Kraang’s Turtle Target Practice Polybag (30270) on sale in the Christmas section in the back. It is currently on a $1 temporary price cut and going for $2.99 each. On a side note, in the same section, they also have the Christmas Train Polybag (40034) for $4.99. If you’ve been looking for any of these two polybags, now is your best chance and plus, they make great stocking stuffers.
