For you LEGO Minecraft fans out there, you’ll be glad to know that the new LEGO Minecraft The Village (21105) and The Nether (21106) Mirco Worlds are now available for purchase at LEGO stores and on Shop@Home. The Village contains 466 pieces and The Nether has 469 pieces and both sets will retail for $34.99 each. Like with the first Minecraft set, the new releases also have a modular build style so you can create the area in many different combinations. These are sure to sell out quickly, so act fast before they are out of stock.

Every Minecraft world has a village hidden somewhere. Create and customize your own, all with LEGO bricks. In this LEGO micro-world you can build your houses and grow the crops, but watch out for the aggressive Zombies that menace the Villagers. LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 (31313) Now Available at Shop@Home

It is September and the new LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 is now available for sale at LEGO stores and on Shop@Home. The set will contain 601 pieces and will retail for $349.99. It latest version of MINDSTORMS line comes fully equipped with many new features such as an infrared sensor, a new Linux-based firmware, a USB port, and an SD card slot. It will be using Linux firmware that will be compatible with Android and iOS operating systems. The EV3 will also have Bluetooth support so you can program the machine using your mobile devices. If you do decide to pick up the EV3, remember there are 12 additional bonus models on the MINDSTORMS minisite.

The long-awaited LEGO Star Wars Ewok Village (10236) is now available to the public at LEGO stores as well as on Shop@Home. Many Star Wars fans have been waiting for a full size village to complete their Endor displays. LEGO did come out with a small part of the village with the Ewok Attack (7956) but it wasn’t anything near the size of the new Ewok Village. This set contains 1990 pieces and retails for $249.99. If you’re a LEGO VIP member (you should sign up if you’re not), you will be able to get the new LEGO Star Wars Ewok Village (10236) as well as the LEGO Creator Expert Sydney Opera House (10234) on Friday, August 16th. They will be available in stores as well as on Shop@Home. You have to be signed in with your LEGO ID to be able to purchase it online.

Unless you really like the LEGO Galaxy Squad Mini Mech (30230), I would suggest waiting a couple more weeks for the official release. That way, you can get the Mini Volkswagen T1 Camper Van (40079) as well as the LEGO Star Wars Clone Trooper Lieutenant (5001709) polybags for the Ewok Village. For the Sydney Opera House, you’ll only be eligible for the VW Camper Van with your purchase.

September LEGO Promotions at Brand Stores & Shop@Home

If you’re not liking the promotions that LEGO has having for August for the FREE LEGO Galaxy Squad Mini Mech (30230) or LEGO Friends Ice Cream Stand (30106), you might want to hold off until September to buy your LEGO sets. As you can see from the image above, there are a couple of nice promotions that LEGO will be having in their stores and on Shop@Home. With any purchase of $75 or more, you can get a brand new, never released before, Mini Volkswagen T1 Camper Van (40079). The offer is valid from September 1-30. With $50 or more on Star Wars sets, you can get the Clone Trooper Lieutenant (5001709) polybag which was given out during this year’s Star Wars Days at LEGOLAND California. This offer is valid from September 1st through October 31st.

With many new LEGO sets coming out like the Sydney Opera House (10234), the Ewok Village (10236), and all of the recent Summer releases, there are plenty to choose from for the September promotions. It doesn’t say but I think you can double up and get both polybags if you spend $75 or more on Star Wars sets. If you’re thinking of buying sets this month, I would suggest holding off until September for your LEGO purchases.
