The Adventure Time Project by jazlecraz now becomes the latest project to hit 10,000 supporters on LEGO CUUSOO. The set features a micro-scale Tree Fort and includes various notable characters of the show such as Finn, Jake, BMO, Ice King, Princess Bubblegum and Marceline. If you haven’t heard of Adventure Time, it is an animated TV series that takes you through the adventures of Finn and Jake. The show does feature a little bit of controversy but it is geared towards kids. Whether it is suitable for LEGO’s core audience and guidelines, that is up for the the LEGO Jury to decide in the Winter 2013 Review Stage. Congratulations to jazlecraz for the achievement! The candy people have united to show their support for this project and we hear you loud and clear throughout the Land of Ooo.

Our team is looking forward to evaluating this project as a potential LEGO set.

What happens now?
This project moves from the Idea stage to the Review stage. A “LEGO Review Board” composed of designers, product managers, and other key team members will examine the idea. We’ll build concept models and determine if the concept meets our high standards for what it takes to be a LEGO product, including playability, safety, and fit with the LEGO brand. Every LEGO product goes through a process like this and must meet the same standards.
