The LEGO Movie Super Secret Police Enforcer Found at Target

If you missed out on The LEGO Movie Super Secret Police Enforcer (30282) polybag at Toys R Us a few months ago, you’ll be glad to know that they are now showing up at Target stores. It was found in the impulse items sections of the checkout aisles where they usually stock LEGO polybags. The Super Secret Police Enforcer retails for $4.29. You mileage may vary. The LEGO Movie Digital HD Version Now Available

The LEGO Movie: Everything is Awesome Edition

The LEGO Movie is now available on Digital HD and you can now purchase and watch it on various networks including Amazon Instant Video and iTunes.

If you missed out on pre-ordering The LEGO Movie: Everything is Awesome Edition on Amazon, don’t fret. There are other retailers that also have this particular version available for pre-order to ensure that you are able to get it on June 17th.

Walmart has it available to pre-order for $39.96 and has FREE shipping.

Best Buy has it for $37.99 also with FREE shipping and store pickup will be available soon.

Barnes & Noble has it available for pre-order but they’re at $41.00 with FREE shipping but if you have a membership, you may have some coupons that you can save some money on.

Finally, Target also has it for $37.99 but you don’t get free shipping until you spend $50 or more. REDcard members get 5% off plus FREE shipping with no minimum purchase.

The LEGO Movie Digital Download Available Next Week

For those who can’t wait to watch The LEGO Movie again, you’ll be glad to know that it will be available next Tuesday, May 20 on Amazon Instant Video. Of course with the digital download, you won’t be getting any physical product. On the other end of the spectrum for the Everything is Awesome Edition, you’ll be getting everything including the Blu-Ray, the regular DVD, the UltraViolet Digital version, the Vitruvius minifigure, a collectible 3D Emmet photo, and the bonus 3D movie.

To celebrate The LEGO Movie coming out next month, LEGO artist Sean Kenney has created a mosaic of the Everything is Awesome edition box. The mosaic will be displayed for Warner Brothers at a movie screening next Tuesday at Angel Stadium. Sean’s mosaic has 15,872 LEGO elements and measures 40″ x 58.” Check out more images of Sean’s masterpiece on his site.

The LEGO Movie How It Should Have Ended

There is a new video from the web series How It Should Have Ended in conjunction with Brotherhood Workshop which features The LEGO Movie. Superman and Batman are at a restaurant and Superman discusses why he and other Super Heroes and Master Builders were taken out so easily. He notes that he should have broken out of the gum and used his powers to defeat the worker drone army and save the day. Check out the hilarious video below with a cameo by Green Lantern.

The LEGO Movie Blu-Ray Version Comparisons and Release Date

There is now a release date of June 17, 2014 for us to get our copy of The LEGO Movie. There are a number of versions that you can choose from. If you’re not into all the fancy stuff that the movie comes with, there is the regular DVD + UltraViolet Combo Pack.

The next version up is the Blu-ray + DVD + UltraViolet Combo Pack. There are special features on the Blu-Ray which includes featurettes like “Bringing LEGO To Life!,” Director/Star Commentary, Outtakes, “Everything is Awesome” Sing-Along, and more.

Target has an exclusive for the same version of the Blu-Ray above but includes the “Meet the Characters” book.

Walmart also has this version available for pre-order but it is $2 more than Amazon.
