Both sets that came out for the movie are currently at least 20% off the retail price. The Thor vs. Hulk: Arena Clash (76088) is pirced at $44.99 which is 25% off and it at a more reasonable price considering we get a few exclusive minifigures including the Hulk bigfig.
The other Thor: Ragnarok set that is on sale is the Ultimate Battle for Asgard (76084) which goes for $38.49. This set also has some exclusive minifigs along with the Fenris build.
