Wall of History has announced that they have reached an agreement to acquire Brickshelf. If you were not familiar with the news, Brickshelf owner Kevin Loch sadly passed away and his estate stated that they would be shutting the site down. Shortly after the announcement, there was a lot of interest in keeping the site going and it looks like the estate has made an agreement with Wall of History to keep it alive.
The transfer of ownership will be in April and with the help with the help from the folks at Mask of Destiny, the site will remain online with full functionality. Wall of History is a web archive of the history of LEGO BIONICLE.
Brickshelf was one of the OGs in LEGO photo sharing for MOCs as well as building instructions and we’re glad to see that Kevin’s legacy will go on.
